We have been members of the Bay Club for over 7 years. All the meals and the service that we have had over the past have been excellent, until the meal that we had there with friends this past week. The service was very bad (they served our main course before our salad, but before the soup that we ended up not taking), and the food was marginal at best. We are required to pay a large annual fee to be a member at this dining club, and we should get a much higher quality of service and food than what we experienced. This is disappointing after all the good experiences we have had in the past.
